Business Development Team Lead; GCC)

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers BDMs focused on the GCC market
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets ensuring alignment with regional goals
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs affiliates and institutional partners
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends sales techniques and company offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience
• Analyse team performance prepare reports and present insights to senior management
• Attend and lead team participation in expos conferences and client meetings

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
  
  At
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English language.
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
