General Manager
to lead our growing specialty coffee, Food & Beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:

• More than
  15 years of relevant experience
  in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the
  specialty coffee and F&B industry
  .
• Proven experience managing
  multiple branches and overall company operations
  .
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
• Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run
  smoothly and efficiently
  .
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Proven ability to
  increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets
  .
• Ability to identify and develop
  new business opportunities
  .
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach.

• 15+ years of relevant experience
  in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the
