** Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dynamic and strategic Portfolio Growth Director to join the Office of the Vice Chancellor: AI & OE at our Abu Dhabi Campus. This full-time managerial position plays a pivotal role in advancing the strategic objectives of the Office of the Chairman by leading growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on revenue diversification, profitability, and enhancing business development capabilities.
Key responsibilities include driving new business creation, forming strategic partnerships, and exploring M&A opportunities in the UAE and KSA. The director will contribute to the organization's expansion into new markets and the identification of new revenue streams, with success measured by the establishment of new business lines, increased and diversified revenues, and a strengthened acquisition portfolio. Collaboration with senior leadership and external partners is essential to ensure scalable processes and deliver measurable performance outcomes, aligning with the broader vision of sustainable growth and commercial success.
