UAE Country Manager

Anton Oilfield Services is seeking an accomplished leader to serve as Country Manager for the UAE. This role carries full responsibility for driving regional business growth, building organizational capability, and managing strategic accounts and major projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership roles within leading international oilfield service providers, EPC contractors, or major regional energy companies
, recognized for their scale, technical excellence, and global impact in the energy sector.

The Country Manager will develop and execute regional market‑entry and growth strategies, lead strategic account development, oversee major bids, negotiations, and project mobilization, and coordinate cross‑functional resources across sales, technical, operations, commercial, finance, HR, and legal functions. The role requires building and leading a high‑performing multicultural team, managing operational, contractual, QHSE, and compliance risks, and strengthening Anton’s brand presence in the UAE market.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, International Business, Engineering Management, or Business Administration; a Master’s/MBA is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry is required, including at least 8 years in international market or regional management. Proven expertise in market entry, major project development, cross‑region resource coordination, and multicultural team leadership is essential.

Strong strategic judgment, commercial negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and compliance awareness are critical. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, along with the ability to travel frequently and/or be based in the Middle East.
