This is a senior hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who understands high-end specialty coffee premium casual dining multi-unit operations and pre-opening environments

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Multi-Unit Manager within the UAE, specifically within high-end specialty coffee shops or high-end casual restaurants
• Several successful pre-openings in the UAE
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, plus an additional European, Balkan or CIS language
• Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
• Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Strong knowledge of SOP development, operational standards, scheduling and efficiency
• Experience with supply chain management, vendor relationships and inventory control
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple locations and competing priorities
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for exceptional service
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
• UAE Driving Licence is mandatory, with the ability to travel regularly between locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Must be able to travel to Europe without requiring a visa
