Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives in the outlets. To assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, coordinating promotions, and supporting the team in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for F&B products and outlets.
  • Maintain and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) with engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing collateral (flyers, menus, banners, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages on digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the operations and culinary team to promote new menu items, seasonal offers, and events.
  • Assist in organizing food tastings, influencer collaborations, and community events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in tracking marketing performance, collecting data for reports, and providing insights on campaign results.
  • Support the preparation of monthly marketing reports and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (internship or entry-level) in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, A: Illustrator,Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
  • Photography and videography experience (for food content creation).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
Working Conditions
  • May require occasional travel between outlets.
  • May be expected to work evenings or weekends for events and campaigns.
