We’re looking for a Brand Marketing & Strategy Lead who’s hungry, hands‑on, and unafraid to take calculated risks. Someone who can shape how the world sees Docquity, not through buzzwords, but through bold storytelling, clear positioning, and strategic execution.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and growth. You’ll define how a fast‑scaling, tech‑driven healthcare company builds trust, credibility, and leadership across multiple markets, while working directly with the Founder to drive impact.

Qualification:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus, especially in Strategy, Marketing, or General Management

- Brand Strategy & Positioning – Lead Docquity’s repositioning from a doctor engagement platform to a healthcare ecosystem infrastructure brand.
- Craft and own a unified brand narrative spanning corporate purpose, product value, and ecosystem impact.
- Build and evolve the Docquity Brand Framework, purpose, pillars, tone, and visual language across geographies.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to position Docquity’s solutions with clear differentiation.
- Translate complex capabilities into business‑impact stories for senior decision‑makers.
- Own product naming, messaging, and go‑to‑market identity aligned to the master brand.
- Strategic Campaigns & Content – Design and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships.
- Build flagship thought‑leadership properties (e.g., Docquity Healthcare Intelligence Index, SEA Health Data Outlook).
- Ensure all brand touchpoints, decks, videos, whitepapers, website, reinforce leadership positioning.
- Ecosystem Thought Leadership – Conceptualize and deliver Docquity Assemblies, whitepapers, and C‑level round tables.
- Partner with pharma, regulators, and innovators to position Docquity as the connective tissue of Asia’s healthcare ecosystem.
- Build executive visibility for the Founder and leadership team across industry platforms.
- Brand Governance & Consistency – Define and enforce brand guidelines across teams and regions.
- Audit and align all brand assets for clarity, consistency, and ambition.
- Champion quality, tone, and storytelling excellence internally and externally.
- 7–12 years of experience in brand strategy, product marketing, or growth storytelling, ideally in healthtech, B2B SaaS, or consulting.
- Proven record of repositioning a brand or shaping a new category.
- A builder mindset can move from high‑level strategy to hands‑on execution with equal energy.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, able to make complex ideas simple and powerful.
- A strategic yet risk‑positive thinker not afraid to experiment, fail fast, and refine.
- Deep understanding of healthcare or life sciences in Asia is a plus.
