We are seeking a dynamic Arabic‑speaking E‑Commerce Marketing Specialist to lead the growth of our online sales through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing performance across e‑commerce platforms. This role will closely collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute data‑driven digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Design and manage PPC, social media, SEO, and email marketing campaigns tailored for Arabic and English‑speaking audiences.
- Ensure accurate, engaging, and SEO‑optimized product listings across all online channels.
- Manage influencer partnerships, paid media and social campaigns to improve brand recognition in Arabic‑speaking markets.
- Continuously improve the e‑commerce user journey to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance, extract insights and optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
- Work closely with content, sales, product and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Leverage market trends and customer insights to enhance engagement, retention and loyalty.
- Ensure adherence to digital marketing standards and e‑commerce platform policies to uphold brand integrity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or e‑commerce is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably within retail or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven success in managing Arabic and English digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, email and social media.
- Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms, digital analytics and CMS tools.
- Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English spoken and written; deep understanding of Middle Eastern consumer behaviour and online shopping trends; strong attention to detail in managing product listings, pricing and promotions; ability to interpret data, analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement; strong organisational and communication skills, proactive collaborative mindset.
