Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and policies aligned with UAE labour laws and market practices
- Design organizational structures and role profiles
- Assist clients in forecasting HR budgets and monitor performance
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Develop organizational and departmental KPIs
- Consolidate and analyse manpower requirements
- Lead recruitment campaigns
- Design compensation and benefits frameworks
- Develop training programs
- Establish succession planning frameworks
- Oversee HRIS and HR operations
- Conduct HR audits and compliance reports
- Design corporate policies including HR, IT procurement, finance, and code of conduct
- Develop employee satisfaction surveys and salary benchmarking reports
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Preferred Master’s degree or certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD
- Minimum 5-7 years in HR consulting or strategic HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple HR projects and client expectations
