Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a vibrant and friendly environment with a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting. They should provide excellent customer service, have a positive attitude, and take pride in their work. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work independently or as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, macchiatos, and other espresso-based beverages according to company recipes.

Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.

Maintain cleanliness of the café area, beverage equipment, utensils, and kitchen tools.

Receive payments from customers.

Follow food safety procedures when preparing beverages.

Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks before and after shifts.

Minimum Requirements

At least one year of experience as a Barista in an established café or restaurant.

Ability to operate manual espresso machines and prepare all types of coffee drinks according to company standards.

Strong customer service skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Ability to stand for long hours.
