Indian Executive Chef in Abu Dhabi

We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and serving authentic Indian cuisine, as well as strong leadership skills to manage our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and recipes for authentic Indian dishes that meet our restaurant's standards and customer preferences
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Indian dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor food inventory and purchase necessary ingredients while keeping within budget constraints
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, with a focus on Indian cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and menu planning effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work with other staff members and interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of employment.
