Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have an impressive track record of success in restaurant operations and customer service. The role includes the responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations and staff of the restaurant.
To be successful in this position, you must be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, optimize operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You must also have excellent communication skills and a passion for creating an outstanding guest experience.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: overseeing daily restaurant operations; ensuring staff adhere to safety standards; creating and implementing policies and procedures; developing strategies to maximize profits; training employees in customer service techniques; resolving customer complaints; monitoring inventory levels; maintaining accurate financial records; managing budgets; coordinating with vendors; ensuring compliance with health codes; developing menus, pricing, and promotions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management or related field, as well as a degree or certification in hospitality management or culinary arts. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Additionally, they should possess advanced computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
