Capital Motion owns and operates some of the leading licensed restaurants in the UAE and we are currently hiring. Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.

Job Role

To deliver prompt service to the Guests in the Outlets.

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Clear tables during service.
• Control guest cheques and secure proper payment.
• Set up stations and tables to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
• Keep abreast of hotel products and services to answer guest questions and requests.
• Answer all guest questions/requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matter to the relevant persons to handle.
• Ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend Food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
• To be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Manager.
• To attend the mandatory External and Internal training and follow the company training policy.

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
• Excellent presentation skills
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
