Job Title: Barista in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 900. The ideal candidate should be customer service-oriented, creative, and have a passion for coffee. We are open to considering candidates from outside the country.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer orders
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared correctly and presented attractively
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, equipment, and supplies
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner
  • Update records of customer orders
  • Receive payments from customers
  • Promote coffee shop products
    • Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of operating equipment such as espresso machines and grinders is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills and attentive listening
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
