Overview
Executive Chef position in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in achieving the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Leading the kitchen team in the execution of all dishes from start to finish.
- Menu planning; ensuring that all ingredients are fresh; developing new recipes; maintaining hygiene standards; overseeing kitchen operations; supervising staff members; resolving customer complaints; ordering supplies; monitoring costs; ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Participate in training activities or assist in food promotions when needed.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about creating high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead by example to ensure smooth operations on the kitchen floor.
- Good communication skills with customers and staff members alike.
