Capital Motion owns and operates some of the leading licensed restaurants in the UAE and we are currently hiring. Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.

As a
Bartender you will create innovative cocktails and provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience. Your expertise in mixology and beverage preparation will set the tone for a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Cocktails:Design and prepare unique cocktails using a variety of ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles.
• Customer Engagement:Build rapport with guests, take orders, and offer personalized recommendations based on preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Menu Development:Collaborate with management to create and update drink menus, incorporating current trends and local flavors.
• Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; order supplies as necessary and manage inventory effectively.
• Training Staff:Train and mentor other bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques, drink recipes, and service standards.
• Quality Control:Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
• Cleanliness and Compliance:Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations, and practicing responsible alcohol service.
• Cash Handling:Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability.

• Experience:Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creativity in drink preparation and presentation.
• Knowledge:In-depth understanding of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers; familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences.
• Certifications:Bartending certification or mixology training preferred.
