As a Bartender, your role is pivotal in curating memorable guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages and exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of drinks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless guest interactions.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing menu information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and following sanitation protocols.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, process payments, and handle cash responsibly.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Report any issues, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
