Chef de Partie - Pan-Asian Culinary Team

Inter Continental Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Pan-Asian culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to deliver authentic flavors with consistent quality.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Take full responsibility for an assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pan-Asian dishes in line with brand standards and recipes
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control at all times
• Supervise, train, and guide Commis Chefs to support their development and performance
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and cleanliness standards
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and special promotions when required
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and support inventory and cost control measures
• Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to achieve operational excellence

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a Pan-Asian or Asian cuisine-focused kitchen
• Hands‑on expertise in one or more Pan-Asian cuisines (e.g., Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Southeast Asian)
• Experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end standalone restaurant is preferred
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and plating standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment
• Good communication skills and a positive team‑oriented attitude
• Culinary qualification or relevant professional training is an advantage
