• Receive orders and serve customer requests promptly
• Create and serve classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
• Take food orders and assist with deliveries as required
• Understand menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities
• Keep service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
• Efficiently manage settlement of customer accounts
• Answer guest queries politely and helpfully

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment
• Ability to create classic cocktails
• Flexibility in hours and rostered shifts, especially on weekends
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to work situations
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
