Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Demi Chef De Partie role located in Abu Dhabi. The Pastry Demi Chef De Partie will assist in preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, creating and decorating pastries, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and collaborating with the Pastry Chef and other team members.

The role also involves managing kitchen inventory and contributing to the development of new recipes and menu items.

• Professional culinary skills in pastry preparation, baking, and decorating techniques
• Efficient time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food preparation standards
• Team collaboration skills with the ability to follow instructions and provide support
• Creativity and innovation in designing and presenting pastries
• Experience in a professional pastry kitchen or similar environment
• Formal culinary education or certification in pastry arts is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic schedule
