Role Overview We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Hanar Restaurant. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and creativity of our cuisine, working closely with our  kitchen staff. As part of our team in Hanar Restaurant, you'll leveraging your skills to enhance our guest dining experience.

Responsibilities
* Assisting in the design and preparation of the menu.
* Overseeing food preparation and presentation.
* Managing inventory and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked.
* Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
* Helping develop new recipes and refining existing ones.
* Monitoring and optimizing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.

Requirements for the Role
* Proven experience in a similar role in a restaurant setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Culinary arts degree or formal apprenticeship is preferred.
