We are currently hiring for various roles within restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations, and venue management.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation & Mixology
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, mocktails,and beverages according to Café del Mar standards.
- Create innovative and seasonal signaturedrinks that complement the venue concept.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation,and portioning.
- Conduct regular tasting sessions to maintain quality.
- Stay updated on international cocktailtrends and techniques.
2. Guest Service & Experience
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Handle special requests and dietaryconsiderations confidently.
- Promote cocktail specials and upsellingpremium brands when appropriate.
3. Bar Operations
- Maintain full bar setup, stock levels, andmise‑en‑place before and during service.
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and inventory of beverages and supplies.
- Report shortages or equipment issues promptly to the Bar Manager.
- Follow opening, operating, and closingchecklists.
4. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all beverages are prepared in adherence to HACCP and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tools,and equipment at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures related toalcohol handling and responsible service.
5. Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, and service staff to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Participate in team training, tastingworkshops, and briefings.
- Assist in training junior bartenders onrecipes and techniques.
- Minimize wastage through proper measurement and beverage handling.
- Follow standard recipes to control beveragecost.
Support the Bar Manager in monthly inventory counts when required
Qualifications· Minimum 2–3 yearsof bartending experience in hospitality or F&B.
· Strong mixologyskills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
· Familiarity with
POS systems and inventory procedures.
· Professionalgrooming and presentation.
· Flexibility towork shifts, weekends, and holidays.
· Experience inbeach club or outdoor hospitality settings is a strong advantage.
