A luxury hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Italian chef to assist in kitchen operations and prepare authentic dishes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong knowledge of Italian cuisine. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading operations in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Flexible shifts, including weekends, are expected.
