Cafeteria & Juice Bar Supervisor

We're opening a premium gym at Mazyad Mall, and the cafeteria & juice bar will be a major part of the member experience. This is not just a counter job — we're looking for someone who can run it like a business inside the business.

You will be fully responsible for managing and growing the café operations.

• Oversee daily cafeteria and juice bar operations
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Monitor product quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Supervise and train café staff
• Drive sales and upsell healthy products
• Control wastage and maintain profitability
• Ensure smooth POS operations and daily sales reporting
• Create and introduce new menu ideas aligned with a fitness-focused environment
• We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Has proven experience managing a café, juice bar, or F&B outlet
• Understands stock management and cost control
• Is strong in leadership and team supervision
• Is sales-driven and customer-focused
• Can take ownership — not wait for instructions
• Understands the fitness market (big advantage)
