Role Overview
Hanar Restaurant, recognized as a premier destination for Anatolian cuisine, is seeking an enthusiastic Chef De Partie-Bakery to join the culinary team. In this position at Hanar Restaurant, you will have a vital role in preparing high-quality baked products, ensuring our guests consistently receive the freshest and finest treats.
Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a wide variety of Arabic bakery items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bakery station at all times.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
- Train and mentor junior staff and bakers within the team.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering ingredients as needed, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support menu development by contributing new bakery ideas and seasonal specialties.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment focusing on Arabic bakery.
- Proven expertise in preparing, baking, and presenting traditional Arabic bakery items.
- Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
