Sales Coordinator

Salary Range: AED 3,000 - 3,500

We are looking for two enthusiastic Sales Coordinators with an engineering background to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and provide timely responses
• Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule client meetings and follow-ups
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Assist in tracking sales targets and performance metrics
• Facilitate communication between sales team and other departments
• Support the organization of sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Handle administrative tasks related to the sales department

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering required
• Technical knowledge to understand and communicate engineering specifications and requirements
• Previous experience in sales coordination or sales support roles (1-2 years)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication abilities in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
• UAE residency status preferred
