Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a construction business background to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry
  • Understand clients' needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
