- Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to improve their companies’ operational efficiencies by using Qashio.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales activities and plans.
- Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data‑supported documents to entice and engage potential customers.
- Understanding customer’s challenges and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution.
- Leading and coordinating contract negotiations for a successful close.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future upsell opportunities.
- Achieving agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
- Analyzing assigned markets’ potential, tracking sales and other relevant metrics.
- Representing Qashio and acting as a brand advocate in events, conferences and other networking activities.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales. Start‑up experience is a must;
Fintech and/or SaaS would be a plus. - Bilingual; working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- A good understanding of fintech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems.
- Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and a can‑do attitude when presented with challenges.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting.
