- Engage with clients via Whats App, phone calls, and online platforms
- Present and explain our services clearly in Arabic and English
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain CRM entries and keep client data organized
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams
- Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
- 3 years experience in sales
- Basic tech‑saviness :
Whats App, Google Sheets, CRM software (training provided) - Professional and confident communication skills
