Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new clients
- Assess client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present proposals and close deals
- Manage accounts and renew policies
- Ensure timely payment collection
Requirements:
- 3+ years of insurance or sales experience in UAE
- UAE drivers license
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-starter with ethical business practices
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills
