Sales Executive – ELV, Security Systems & IT Software (Channel Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell ELV systems, security solutions (CCTV, access control), and IT software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of the products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV, security, and IT software solutions.
  • Promote and sell products such as CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, fire alarm systems, networking solutions, and enterprise software.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering/pre‑sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Identify and establish new sales channels.
  • Provide post‑sales support and account management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ELV, security systems, or IT software sales.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies (CCTV, access control, fire alarms) and IT software solutions (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Valid driving license.
Preferred
  • Experience working with distributors, system integrators or project‑based solution sales.
