Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Sales Operations Lead professional with CRM experience and multilingual capabilities. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, assisting with technical support queries to the Sales Agents, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CRM tools, maintaining accurate client data, addressing customer concerns, generating reports and collaborating with the sales team, and preparing reports to support key business insights.

  • Professional Proficiency in CRM softwares and specifically customer services
  • Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate insights
  • Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in diverse environments
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work setting
  • Prior experience in a similar role but non real Estate background.
Requirements

Multilinguistic personality with fluency over major languages.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Entry to mid-level experience in sales or CRM-related roles.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Someone who has strong ownership personality.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales team leader, motivating and coaching the Sales Agents.
  • Support the Sales Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day operational work and team management along with the performance of the Sales Agents.
  • Responsible for making reports, generating lead from the CRM Portals and Disbursing it to the Sales Consultants.
  • Must be a good team player and must know how to do the follow ups with sales teams regarding the disbursed leads.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales-oriented agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.
