Overview

A well established and growing organisation in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and build a high performing sales function.

This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, hands on, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, target driven environment within the UAE market.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Drive new business acquisition while growing and retaining existing key accounts
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small to mid sized sales team
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance metrics and hold the team accountable
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to senior management
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution and client delivery
  • Represent the business at meetings, events, and industry functions when required
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales professional within the UAE
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market
  • Commercially minded with strong forecasting and analytical capability
  • Fluent English is essential, Arabic is an advantage
