Sales Executive - Financial Services

We are partnering with a growing asset leasing business that supports companies across the region with flexible financing and leasing solutions. As part of their expansion, they are hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business and build long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying and winning new corporate clients, advising businesses on asset leasing solutions that support growth, cash-flow optimisation, and operational efficiency.

• Prospect and acquire new business clients across Abu Dhabi and the wider region
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to deal closure
• Sell asset leasing and financing solutions to SMEs, mid-market, and corporate clients
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers including CFOs, finance managers, and business owners
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs and propose tailored leasing solutions
• Work closely with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
• Experience selling to businesses in the UAE or wider GCC
• Commercially driven, relationship-focused, and results-oriented
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
