Sales Coordinator - IT

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for supporting the sales team with coordination, documentation, and communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers.

• Coordinate and manage communication with vendors, business partners, and customers.
• Maintain and update company registrations on various customer/vendor/supplier portals.
• Operate customer portals and manage data across corporate applications.
• Manage license and support renewals (e.g., Dell EMC, Cisco, Symantec, Fortinet).
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, RFPs, and tender documentation.
• Submit tenders and follow up with customers on project statuses.
• Support business development through cold calling and outreach activities.
• Handle sales inquiries and assist the sales team with client communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, orders, and cancellations via phone and email.
• Coordinate meetings and calls with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Request and manage supplier quotations as needed.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and handling customer/vendor portals.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
