Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business sales. This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value business opportunities within the cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Sales:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with enterprise clients. - Market Expansion:
Identify and penetrate new markets, driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers. - Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities. - Consultative Selling:
Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs and position Quantum Gate’s solutions as the preferred choice. - Go-to-Market Execution:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns. - Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives. - Sales Reporting:
Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. - Industry Engagement:
Represent Quantum Gate at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, must be in cybersecurity across UAE, GCC, and MENA regions. - Native Arabic Speaker
- Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing new business, achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, enterprise security challenges, and emerging technologies, particularly in post-quantum cryptography. - Sales Acumen:
Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling to large enterprises and government, semi-government entities. - organization in UAE

Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. - Relationship Building:
Strong ability to establish and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders. - Education:
