Support strategic sales initiatives, manage client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as key account contact, addressing inquiries, and identifying upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to generate revenue in line with the target.
  • Assist in shaping pre‑sales strategies through market research, identification of potential buyers, and emerging trends in partnership with the development function.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximizing lead generation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, conducting initial client assessments to determine suitability and readiness to purchase.
  • Cultivate relationships with brokers for consistent lead generation and collaboration.
  • Adjust sales tactics to stay competitive in the market and achieve commercial goals.
  • Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date records of client interactions, property inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy access for reporting.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior stakeholders, summarizing activities, sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the real estate industry or related sectors.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools to streamline sales workflows, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
