International Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target‑driven International Sales Associate to join our team on a commission‑only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and eager to earn uncapped commissions by working with international clients and high‑value deals.

• Identify and generate new leads in international markets
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Present products/services and close sales deals
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with international clients
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and deal processing
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or client‑facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and remotely if required
• Comfortable working in a commission‑only structure
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• 100% commission‑based role (no fixed salary)
