Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our reseller network across our fintech products. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and growing relationships with resellers and payment partners who support deposit and withdrawal operations. You will play a key role in driving transaction volume and ensuring we build a strong, reliable reseller ecosystem. This is a target-driven role suited to someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and confident in building relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new resellers and payment partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners
- Explain our products, transaction flows, and commercial model clearly
- Negotiate basic commercial terms and onboarding requirements
- Support resellers during onboarding and initial setup
- Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth activation of new resellers
- Monitor reseller performance (volume, activity, responsiveness)
- Identify opportunities to grow transaction volumes through existing partners
- Maintain regular communication with resellers to strengthen relationships
- Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with external partners and closing deals
- Commercial mindset; understands how to drive volume and growth
- Self-motivated and proactive in finding new opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and disciplined in follow-ups
- 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Understanding of payment flows, resellers, or agent networks is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive growth
- Comfortable using Whats App, Telegram, and other communication tools for business
- Consistently onboard new active resellers
- Increase transaction volumes through your network
- Build reliable, responsive reseller relationships
- Support operations by bringing in quality partners (not just volume)
- Direct impact on revenue and business growth
- Work closely with leadership in a fast-growing fintech environment
