This entry-level, full-time position is ideal for a fresh graduate who is a UAE National (UAEN) looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic insurance sector. The role involves supporting outbound business initiatives and contributing to the company’s growth.##

Key Responsibilities
* Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce Daman’s insurance products and services.
* Support various outbound sales activities and contribute to lead generation efforts.
* Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales progress.
* Actively contribute to achieving departmental sales and business development targets.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new outbound business strategies and campaigns.## Requirements
* Fresh graduate and a UAE National (UAEN) is mandatory.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a positive attitude towards sales and client engagement.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
