Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector
- Generate leads through networking, calling, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Facility Management or related industry sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Preferably under own visa
- Strong client network within UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
