- Represent BYD as a trusted sales advisor, guiding customers through the entire purchase process from inquiry to delivery.
- Manage all sales leads efficiently through digital systems, ensuring timely follow‑ups and maximum conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with BYD’s premium service standards.
- Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and demonstrate BYD's electric mobility advantages.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth handovers and post‑sale satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and adhere to Al‑Futtaim’s policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience in the UAE; exposure to electric or luxury vehicles preferred.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and pipeline management.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
- Tech‑savvy and familiar with CRM and digital sales tools.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
