Key Responsibilities
  • Represent BYD as a trusted sales advisor, guiding customers through the entire purchase process from inquiry to delivery.
  • Manage all sales leads efficiently through digital systems, ensuring timely follow‑ups and maximum conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with BYD’s premium service standards.
  • Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and demonstrate BYD's electric mobility advantages.
  • Coordinate with finance, marketing, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth handovers and post‑sale satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and adhere to Al‑Futtaim’s policies and procedures.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience in the UAE; exposure to electric or luxury vehicles preferred.
  • Proven track record in lead conversion and pipeline management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
  • Tech‑savvy and familiar with CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Passionate about sustainable mobility and delivering outstanding customer service.
