The Key Account Executive position
The key function within SARA Group responsible for building partner relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the TREDEX network.
What You’ll Do- Acquire new TREDEX Partners including full showroom activations with branded signboards.
- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with TREDEX Partners by understanding their business needs and providing ongoing support.
- Drive partner sell‑out performance by identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is professional, authentic and solution‑oriented.
- Conduct regular partner visits and follow structured action plans to strengthen engagement and maximize account performance.
- Present and promote company products and services with confidence, professionalism and strong product knowledge.
- Follow up on new business leads and referrals generated through field activities to expand the partner network.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, agreements and contracts aligned with company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor stock availability, pricing and market trends to support effective account management and commercial decision‑making.
- Ensure proper merchandising execution and product display standards across TREDEX Partner locations.
- Provide product and sales training to TREDEX Partner teams to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports highlighting partner activities, achievements, challenges and growth opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional activities and special campaigns in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate product deliveries and shipping schedules to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Lead negotiations and manage commercial agreements with partners in line with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve partner concerns proactively to maintain strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development; fresh graduates with strong commercial potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence and partner satisfaction.
- Confident, energetic, and highly motivated personality with a passion for sales and relationship management.
