The ELV Sales Manager leads business development, client acquisition and revenue growth across ELV and security solutions. The role requires deep technical understanding of ELV systems, strong UAE market knowledge, and the ability to manage full sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure. The manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities- Identify, qualify and pursue new ELV and security system opportunities across UAE sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, tender responses and technical proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, consultants and contractors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all account matters and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Expand business with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, PA systems, IPTV, intercom, structured cabling, and automation systems.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate system design and compliance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory requirements (e.g. SIRA, ADMCC).
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in ELV sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm and building management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong CRM and documentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
- English fluency;
Arabic an advantage. - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
