Esate Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company marketing channels
• Contact and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Conduct professional property viewings and present properties effectively
• Negotiate deals between clients and property owners to achieve the best outcomes
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and investors
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi and UAE property market trends and pricing
• Promote company listings through portals, social media, and direct marketing
• Prepare and support completion of necessary paperwork and agreements
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales and leasing process

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target‑driven and goal‑oriented
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Motivated and passionate individuals (with or without experience welcomed)
• Strong work ethics, willingness to learn, excitement to work, and drive to achieve sales goals

• Commission‑Based Only – No fixed salary, 50/50 commission structure
• Fixed Salary + Commission (15 positions available) – Fixed salary + 50% commission; must have experience; willing to undergo 15 days of training
• Senior Package (10 positions available) – Fixed salary + 30% commission; must have experience; willing to undergo 7 days of training
