• Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers
• Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requests for submission to the Consumer Processing Unit
• Receive and process customer service requests including account opening, online banking requests, and returned cheque handling
• Encourage customers to increase balances and migrate to higher customer programs where eligible
• Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs by referring qualified customers to dedicated lounges and centers
• Educate Classic and Advantage customers on automated channels including ATM, call center, and online and mobile banking
• Promote migration to digital channels to reduce branch and call center traffic
• Attract new customers through personal networking and existing customer referrals
• Respond to customer inquiries forwarded by the call center and ensure timely resolution
• Meet assigned individual sales and onboarding targets, including digital banking activation goals
• Participate in daily retail sales team meetings and contribute to branch sales initiatives
• Support Net Promoter Score targets by delivering a consistent, customer-focused service experience
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders and complete all mandatory trainings

• Agree on personal sales targets with the Retail Sales Manager and Branch Manager
• Work closely with the Assistant Branch Manager to achieve agreed sales objectives
• Develop new sources of business in line with branch growth plans

• High school graduate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• Familiarity with retail banking products, customer service standards, and internal policies
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven branch environment
