Conduct regular client visits and door-to-door business development activities. Identify and generate new business opportunities for manpower recruitment and staffing services. Promote and explain company manpower solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Understand client manpower and recruitment requirements. Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to meet client needs. Follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term account growth.

Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations. Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business development goals.

• Mandatory experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing services.
• Mid-level sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and door‑knocking.
• Self‑motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Experience selling manpower or recruitment services.
• Good understanding of the UAE manpower market.
• Existing client network or contacts (advantage).
