Job Description:

The role involves daily sales and leasing functions within assigned territories. The primary focus is on engaging with potential clients, assessing their needs, and facilitating property transactions.

• Carrying out daily sales or leasing functions within assigned territories.
• Engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and other methods to address their rental needs until the right property is found.
• Assessing the needs, living standards, and financial suitability of prospective clients.
• Meeting with individuals interested in selling, buying, or leasing their properties and providing professional guidance.
• Conducting property tours for potential clients, assisting them in understanding the available units.
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to persuade clients and secure consulting agreements.
• Monitoring the property market to stay updated on new and existing properties for sale.
• Marketing property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
• Evaluating client objectives to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Providing advice on suitable property investments.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
• Negotiating terms and conditions and successfully closing deals.

• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required.
• Ability to concentrate and work according to the client’s needs is essential.
