Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with assigned KPIs and business plans
  • Drive new to bank acquisition while expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct field visits, analyze client needs, and submit complete and accurate customer information
  • Cross-sell appropriate business banking products to increase revenue per customer
  • Maintain daily sales performance reports for review by team leaders and managers
  • Deliver a transparent, high-quality client onboarding experience with no mis-selling
  • Resolve or escalate customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance, risk, and onboarding policies
  • Participate actively in learning, development, and training programs
  • Implement prescribed sales governance, controls, and audit-ready processes
  • Identify quality prospects and collaborate with stakeholders to progress cases
  • Build market awareness through customer insights, portfolio analysis, and market research
  • Prepare presentations and communications for internal alignment and decision-making
Ideal Profile
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Good knowledge of business banking products, policies, and processes
  • Excellent customer handling and service quality skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Motivated, proactive, and competitive with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Understanding of compliance, KYC, and risk control requirements
  • New to bank business development capability with strong market awareness
