Sales person Home Appliances

Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor and indoor sales activities to promote and sell home appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and air conditioners.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through outdoor marketing efforts such as door-to-door sales, street promotion, and participation in local events.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and functionalities to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining pricing, warranty terms, and financing options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Maintain a clean and organized outdoor sales area, including product displays and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the indoor sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by management.

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the Home Appliances or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and their features.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
